To secure your desired date, we suggest reserving 2–3 weeks ahead, or longer during busy times from May to September. For business gatherings and special events, aim to book 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow for tailored arrangements.
What if the weather turns bad?
Your safety is our utmost concern. In case of adverse weather, as determined unsuitable by our captain, we will either reschedule your trip or issue a full refund. We keep a close eye on weather developments and will inform you if there are concerns 24 hours prior to your trip.
May I bring my own provisions onboard?
Certainly, personal food and drinks are permitted on the vessel. Nonetheless, our catering services are available for menu customization to your taste. Be aware that for safety, glass containers are prohibited onboard.
Is yacht accessibility available for passengers with mobility restrictions?
We endeavor to accommodate all our guests. While some yachts are designed with better access features, we request you to contact us with your specific accessibility requirements so that we can suggest the most appropriate yacht and make the necessary arrangements.
What are the terms for canceling a booking?
Cancellations done with more than 72 hours notice before departure are fully refundable. Those made between 24 and 72 hours will be refunded at 50%. Any cancellations within 24 hours of departure are normally non-refundable, except in instances of weather-related issues or mechanical faults on our part.
